“What can I say in words that describes the value of Vanessa? I have met numerous business coaches and NLP coaches in my career, and without a doubt Vanessa has been one of the most effective people I have had the privilege of working with. She has helped me realise my goals and has been pivotal in both my career and personal development. I can't recommend her enough to anyone that needs help taking their life to the next level of growth and happiness.” I highly recommend her as an executive coach, or someone to coach your teams to success. I am extremely picky about the people I work closest with. I have been working with Ness for long enough to now have the privilege of also calling her a friend.”

Building a Culture of Resilience will help your organisation if:
✔ You want to equip your team to manoeuvre obstacles, economic and competitive change to remain stable and strong.
✔ You’re ready to find constructive ways to weave in positivity and optimism throughout all levels of your business.
✔ You’re looking to grow, scale, or change direction and want to prepare your team to manage anything that comes at them.
✔ You want staff members that are strong and adaptable within their roles and your company as a whole.
✔ You want a team that can quickly and expertly move past organisational challenges with ease
What would it cost to build a Culture of Resilience within your team?
Corporate Life Coach = $300/hour
Emotional Intelligence Dossier = $1,500
Development App = $15/month
$6,090 per team member (6 months)
$24,360 – $60,900 for teams of 4-10 members.
Instead, you get all of this for only $2,399
When you allow a third party into your organisation to make space for navigating the discomfort around change, you give your team members the chance to become flexible with and master change over time.
Having a resilient team culture will allow you to set more ambitious goals for your organisation with ease, because your staff is adept at the change those will bring.

“Vanessa has been coaching me for over a year now and to say she has changed my life would be an understatement. Her deep knowledge of psychology and ability to ask questions that cut right to the heart of the issues is nothing short of amazing. I’m a wellbeing teacher myself and, in the time I have worked with Vanessa, she has made a huge impact on my life and my business. I’m eternally grateful.”
Michelle McQuaid, Writer, Teacher, Change Activator
“Vanessa has helped me immensely in the past 12 months. We’ve freed up my head space for the challenges that life brings. She has helped me become a stronger leader at work. She always gives me ideas and options to get the best performance from myself and others.”

What is the biggest team size allowed for this program?
We only accept teams of 10 members or less to be able to work at a deep level of connection and achieve the results stated above. Multiple teams from same organisation ok too up to 100 staff 10 x10 groups staggered delivery
Is it possible to condense this program for quicker results?
Monthly sessions allow your team members enough time to process the learnings and put them in action before stepping into each new module. Condensing this program would interfere with that, so we don’t offer that option.
Can the sessions be used interchangeably within my organisation?
The modules are designed to build on each other and flow into tangible actionable steps, backed by scientific rigor and the most impactful learning and development frameworks, therefore changing the program structure would interfere with that, so we don’t offer that option.
Do you offer refunds for this program?
We are fully committed to success and believe you need to be too, so refunds aren’t an option for this program. Once you’re in, you’re in! We offer thorough support to ensure participants know exactly how to integrate and execute the content, creating excellent results.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, for teams (4 minimum participants) $1399 upfront payment plus two monthly payments of $1000.
