Everyone has their strengths and challenges. Success comes when we develop strategies to minimise and counter those aspects of ourselves that are a challenge for us.
Like is you know you can’t stop a one piece of chocolate, don’t buy the family block!
Or if you despise housework, get a cleaner! or If you like to swim for exercise don’t join a gym you will never go, join the local aquatic centre instead.

It is much easier to look to improve your strengths and much more rewarding to neutralise your challenges!!
